Mentoring or Consulting?

The Mentoring program's mission is to take a person under my wing to accompany him (her) step by step in all stages of his (her) professional development. Having traveled a path similar to what many artists will explore, I can share my experience with you as well as my expertise. On request, I will offer a procedure and an action plan.

The mission of Consulting is to analyze a given situation and propose solutions. Generally requested by a person (or a company) faced with a specific difficulty or requires the expertise of an external person of the company, my role is above all to intervene, over a short or middle term period of time, in order to identify the causes of the adversity by carrying out a diagnosis and then, propose different solution avenues.

Mentoring

Julie understood very early that being successful in a field as competitive as the circus arts environment meant that she had to maintain a positive attitude, to derive her motivation directly from her passion for the circus, to develop her independence, work ethic, and business savvy .

As a mentor, she offers to support one or more person (s) at various stages of their professional development. Her interventions are based on a relationship of reciprocity, exchange and mutual commitment. The type of support offered may vary from a single meeting to several sessions.
